What's the typical timeline?

Small projects like bathroom remodels: 4-6 weeks. Full renovations: 3-5 months. Custom builds: 10-14 months. We'll give you an accurate timeline during consultation.

Do you work outside Sydney?

We cover the entire Sydney metro area and extend to the Central Coast and Blue Mountains. Projects outside this range considered on a case-by-case basis.

What's your minimum project size?

We don't have a strict minimum, but our sweet spot is projects starting from $25,000. Smaller jobs can sometimes be accommodated depending on scope and timing.

How do you handle payment?

Stage-based payments aligned with project milestones. Typically: 10% deposit, 40% at practical completion, 40% at final completion, 10% after defect period. Never full payment upfront.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed builder (NSW Licence #247839), structural warranty insurance, public liability coverage, and WorkCover for all tradespeople.

Can I see examples of your work?

Absolutely. Visit our studio to see our portfolio, or we can arrange visits to completed projects (with homeowner permission).
